Radisson Blu Royal Park- plant powered brunch

 

Radisson Blu Royal Park hotel has done it! Their plant based brunch they launched almost a year ago offers a massive brunch prepared with love & creativity. Pure perfection!

THE FOOD
Both hotel guests and outside guests can enjoy this amazing 100% vegan brunch, situated on the second floor of the hotel in the northern part of the beautiful Haga park. Its sustainable, healthy and most of all delicious!

They offer a wide selection of vegan pastries, savory dishes, salads, salsas & sauces, pickled vegetables, cheeses and vegan cured meats, breads, yoghurts & granolas, puddings, ice cream, juices and smoothies- and almost everything is made from scratch with fresh and qualitative ingredients. There are also plenty of gluten-free options available.

Besides vegans and vegetarians, the Plant powered brunch attracts Stockholm foodies, tourists and people who enjoy trying something different. And we couldn’t agree more. Its a unique moment for us to experience a 100% plant based brunch in Sweden, after experienced years of brunches where the majority of the dishes have been meat based.

Its not only Sweden’s first vegan hotel brunch- its also the best brunch we’d tried. It puts Stockholm on the map as a cosmopolitan trendy food city where the plant based options are just as delicious as every other foods, if not better!

  • White sour dough bread, crisp bread made of seeds with cashew cream cheese

  • ”Semlor” Shrovetide bun

  • Blue berry pie with whipped coconut cream

  • Small sweet cakes

ATHMOSPHERE
Spacious restaurant with lots of light coming in from the high windows overlooking the Haga park. Clean, fresh and cozy chairs. Live music from a jazz band gives that little extra to the atmosphere!

SERVICE
There is very little to add on the service part since this is a brunch where the guests help themselves. The description notes in front of the dishes are clear and distinct and appreciated if you’re allergic to soya, gluten or nuts.
